Last updated: 2026-05-11

This page lists the disability advocate firms and law firms that Advocate Access currently works with. When you submit a form on our website, your contact information and case details may be shared with one of these partner firms so that they can contact you about your potential Social Security Disability claim.

Your consent matters. By submitting any form on this site, you are providing prior express written consent to be contacted by Advocate Access and the partner firms listed below. We update this page whenever our partner roster changes. At the time of your submission, only the firms shown on this page are authorized to contact you based on your inquiry.

Current Partner Firms

Our advocate partners are independently licensed disability advocates and law firms specializing in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cases. Each has been vetted for SSA authorization, case outcomes, and client responsiveness.

How Partner Matching Works

When you submit our eligibility check or contact form, your case details are reviewed and matched with a single partner firm based on factors such as:

  • Your state of residence (advocates licensed and active in your area)
  • Your case stage (initial application, denial, appeal, or hearing)
  • The nature of your medical condition
  • Partner firm capacity and response time

You are under no obligation to engage with the matched firm. Any agreement you reach is solely between you and that firm.

How This List Changes

Our partner roster is reviewed regularly. Firms may be added, removed, or paused based on performance, capacity, and changes in our service area. We update this page whenever a change occurs, and we date-stamp each version at the top.

Past partners. When a firm leaves our partner network, they are removed from this list and stop receiving new referrals from us. Your information is only ever shared with firms who are on this list at the moment you submit a form.

If You're a Firm Interested in Becoming a Partner

We work with disability advocate firms and law firms that meet our quality standards. To inquire about becoming a partner, please reach us through our Contact page and select "I'm a law firm interested in receiving leads" as the reason.

Advocate Access is a free service that helps connect people with disability advocates and law firms specializing in Social Security Disability claims. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. The advocates we work with are independently licensed in their respective states and listed on our Partner Firms page. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Average benefit amounts referenced are based on Social Security Administration published data and individual results vary based on each applicant's specific work history and circumstances.
