What You're Consenting To
When you submit your information through our eligibility check, contact form, or any other form on this site, you agree that Advocate Access, our affiliates, and the matched disability advocate or law firm may contact you at the phone number you provided. Contact may include:
- Live phone calls from real people
- Automated or prerecorded phone calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or "robocaller"
- Text messages, including those sent using automated systems
- Voicemails delivered through automated voicemail technology
This consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. The disability advocates we work with offer free initial consultations and only collect a fee from approved Social Security back benefits if your claim is won.
Purpose of Contact
We and the matched advocate will use your phone number to:
